Joseph A. Vastano, ESQ
Mr. Vastano is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of LaSalle University and Widener University School of Law. Mr. Vastano is also a certified public accountant. Mr. Vastano joined the firm in 2007 and represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in the defense of workers’ compensation claims throughout the State of New Jersey. Mr. Vastano has extensive experience in the area of Medicare appeals having served as a Medicare Appeals Consultant while employed by Highmark Medicare Services. He also previously served as a manager in the Medicare Audit Department of Knaup & Associates in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Mr. Vastano is an active member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He resides with his wife and children in Voorhees, New Jersey.
